Accessibility

This site aims toward WCAG 2.2 AA. Its reading pages use semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable links and disclosures, visible focus, reduced-motion styles, and HTML content that remains available without JavaScript.

Search, copying, and graphical map controls use JavaScript. The source text and static relationship lists remain available independently. The mobile menu remains expanded when JavaScript is disabled.

What is checked

The release suite checks selected public routes with automated accessibility rules, along with browser interactions and internal links. The September 17 audit also checks narrow-screen reflow and keyboard navigation for the revised reading and information pages. These checks support improvement; they do not establish complete WCAG conformance.

Report a barrier

Open a website issue with the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you wish to share it. Technical diagnosis is optional.
