The Interdependency Textbook

The textbook is distributed by design. Each chapter lives with the repository whose subject it teaches, while this surface restores the complete reading order. The source repository retains its own license, status vocabulary, and authority; citation does not transfer theorem, proof, empirical, or canonical status between chapters.
